Katy Perry defied Russell Brand’s request to dress conservatively on stage during the MTV Europe Music Awards. In a tribute to his beloved football team West Ham, Perry chose to disregard her former partner’s wishes.
Katy expressed her thoughts to the Mirror as she prepared to host the show in Berlin, saying, “Russ would probably prefer it if I dressed up as a lollipop lady, with no skin showing.”
However, when the comedian gave out some of the awards while wearing a corset and hot pants with West Ham logos on her chest and Russell’s nickname ‘Rusty’ on her backside, she was ecstatic.
Russell shared on his Twitter account that he was thrilled to see his girlfriend wearing a West Ham basque while hosting the EMA’s. He even joked about reviving Gandhi and becoming friends with him.
At 34 years old, the individual has decided that they want to bring Katy, who is 25 years old, to see a game at Upton Park for West Ham.
He stated that he plans to bring her to a West Ham Vs Everton game, clarifying beforehand that he will not be taking her to Arsenal.
